Please be aware, the conditioning program and 11+ warm up are aimed at players who are healthy and do not have current injuries or recent injuries that have not been completely rehabilitated. If you do have any injury concerns, please touch base with us so we can get you ready for unrestricted training.
Week 5 Match Conditioning Program
Please see the program below and diagrams to explain the drills. These drills are all designed to be able to be completed by yourself or in isolation if necessary. The sprint component and endurance has not altered this week. This is to allow for the increased football load now thattraining that has restarted.
